Early rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objetc ive:To investigate the clinical effect of early rehabilitation intervention of tibial plateau fracture postoperative .Meth-ods:50 cases of tibial plateau fracture patients after surgery , were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 25 cases in each group , the observation group adopted early rehabilitation therapy , the control group used the traditional therapy .The follow-up time was 3~6 months, mean 4.1 months after treatment, compared two groups of patients with knee range of motion (ROM) and the Lysholm score on postoperative knee function was assessed .Resulst :in the observation group were excellent in 16 cases, good in 7 cases, the excel-lent and good rate was 92%;the control group 4 cases of excellent , good in 5 cases, the excellent and good rate was 36%, there was sta-tistically significant difference between two groups (P <0.05);groups of patients with knee ROM and Lysholm score were significantly better than the control group, there is statistical significance the difference between two groups (P <0.01).Conclusion:Tibial plateau fracture postoperative early rehabilitation intervention could obviously improve the function of knee joint .关键词
