摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the relationships between the level of CA 199 and HbAlc,GLU in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:The samples of 53 cases of healthy controls ( control group ) and 57 cases hospitalized with type 2 diabetes were collected;The concentra-tions of CA199,HbAlc and GLU were determined.The differences between CA199 and HbAlc ,GLU were analyzed with group t -test. The correlations of CA199 and HbAlc , GLU in type 2 diabetic patients by Bivariate Correlations Pearson Two -tailed method.Results:CA199 in type 2 diabetes group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The concentration of CA199 between type 2 diabetes group and control group was statistic significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of CA199 in type 2 diabetes was significantly higher than that of the control group ,a nd was positively correlated with HbAlc ,GLU.关键词
