摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the cause of the ICU patients with catheter related infections , and put forward the corresponding coun-termeasures.Methods:Selection of indwelling catheter , and admitted in our hospital ICU infection of 123 cases of patients as observation group , the other to select 123 cases of infection in ICU patients with catheter as the control group , this paper analyzed the reasons of cath-eter related infections in the ICU .Results:Patients in the ICU catheter -related infection causes include severe trauma , severe pneumoni-a, severe brain damage , diseases such as cardiovascular disease , catheter type with artificial airway , keeping catheter , indwelling gastric tube was given priority to , long tube was the main cause of the infection .Conclusion:The author analyzed the reasons of ICU patients with catheter related infections , actively treating the primary disease , reduce the tube after operation , shorten the catheter indwelling time , could effectively improve cure of ICU patients.关键词
