运动想象在脑卒中患者恢复期下肢痉挛康复中的应用研究
Application of lower limb spasticity in stroke patients recovering from sports rehabilitation imagination
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of motor imagery on stroke patients with recovery of lower limb spasticity .Methods:Se-lection of 30 stroke patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=15)and control group (n=15).Two group were treated with routine rehabilitation training .The experimental group increased movement in the conventional rehabilitation training based on imagery (45min/,1time/day)for 6 weeks.Before and after treatment treatment respectively by Ashworth scale modified (MSS),composite spasticity scale(Composite Spasticity Scale ,CSS),10m the fastest walking speed(maximum walking speed MWS)assessment.The two groups before and after treatment scores were improved ,the treatment group in the two indexes MSS ,MWS was better than the control group (P<0.05). Results:Motor imagery therapy on patients with stroke spasticity of lower limbs is better than simple rehabilitation therapy combined with rehabilitation .关键词
