Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods:our hospital be-tween January 2012 and March 2012, 80 patients with ovarian cyst, treatment group (40 cases accepted for laparoscopic ovarian cyst re-moval, control group 40 cases treated by laparotomy ovarian cyst removal, it were retrospectively analysis, to explore the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and length of hospital stay.Results:the laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision operation time relative to the traditional open operation no significant statistical difference , intraoperative blood loss less than laparotomy, postopera-tive exhaust time to recover faster and shorter average hospital stay.Conclusion:laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery with small trau-ma, restore faster operation method and effect, worthy of further promotion.关键词
