摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treatment. Methods:A hospital in January 2011 -2013 in January admitted 180 cases of chronic sinusitis -nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups with the observation group and control group using traditional surgical treatment, observation group endoscopic sinus surgery, comparative analysis of two groups.Results:The effective rate of 89.25%, significantly better than the control group, 68.96%( p <0. 05), the difference statistically significant, the observation group hospitalization time, blood loss, operative time, postoperative 1 year ol-factory scores, on relapse rate was significantly better than the control group (p <0.05), a statistically significant difference;Conclu-sion:Intranasal mirror treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps better than the traditional surgical approach, the effect is significant, worthy of promotion in clinical applications.关键词
