Abstract
Objective:To explore the surgical treatment of efficacy of discoid meniscus injury under arthroscopy.Methods :46 patients (46) 40 cases of discoid meniscus forming, total removal of 6 cases, 1 case of discoid meniscus injury combined lateral cyst, to meniscus forming and cyst excision of meniscal suture repair the lateral edges.Results:According to the Lysholm knee functional score system, pre-operative function average 59 (42-72), the latest follow-up function of an average of 92 points (79-100).Conclusion:Discoid me-niscus injury under arthroscopy should be preferred, curative effect affirmation.关键词
