平顶山市抗菌药在临床应用中的不良反应分析
Analysis of clinical adverse reactions induced by antibacterial drugs in pingdingshan
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics and regularities of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) induced by antibac-teria1 drugs.The results would provide the reference for rational use of antibacterial drugs in Pingdingshan city .Methods:Anal-ysis on 13783 outpatient prescriptions showed the reports of ADR cases induced by antibacterial drugs occurred in six hospitals of Pingdingshan from May 2009 to May 2010 .Results:9763 ADR cases were chiefly induced by cephalosporins 30 .9%, followed by penicillins 21.6%, fluoroquinolones was the third 18.9%.The main types of drugs adverse reaction were skin soft tissue damages, fol1 owed by organ damages.Conclusion:Our research worth the highest alert in the clinic to reduce the incidence of ADR induced by antibacterial drugs.In the process of the clinical application of antibacterial drugs, doctors should pay attention to the indications and adverse reactions.关键词
