摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effectiveness in the treatment of elderly inverse intertrochanter fracture patients treated with PFNA . Method:216 cases of elderly inverse inter -trochanter fracture patients were treated with PFNA .The hip function was evaluated according to Sanders standard .Result:All patients were followed up 10-18 months .Bone union was achieved .No loosening or breaking of internal fixation was observed during follow -up period.The excellent and good rate was 90.6%.Conclusion: The operation inter -trochanter fracture patients treated with PFNA could minimize operation injury and obtain satisfied function of joint .关键词
