摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical experience of cerebral angiography in the application of traumatic subarachnoid hemor -rhage.Methods:55 cases of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage from Aug .2010 to Aug.2012 in our department were diagnosed by DSA and spiral CT angiography respectively .The results were compared with the findings in operation .Result:The sensitivity, accuracy, diag-nostic index and availability of CTA and DSA had significant difference (P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:DSA can effectively diagnose traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage , which is helpful to the diagnosis in clinical .关键词
