摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the processing experience of Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and primary suture .Meth-ods:Retrospective analysis from July 2012 to March 2014 slitting line 24 cases of laparoscopic common bile duct lithotomy issue of the clinical data of the suture technique.Results:24 cases were successful , surgery time 70-200 min, average 130 min;total hospi-talization time 6 -10d, the average 7d.All patients recovered well by followed up 3-23 months through abdominal B ultrasound , liver function tests .No jaundice, biliary residual stones and biliary stricture complications occured .Conclusions:Choledocholithotomy laparo-scopic suture is a part of the treatment of gallstones and biliary calculi feasible and safe method , more in line with the concept of minimally invasive surgery .关键词
