Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of individualized and holistic nursing support on modified radical mastectomy.Methods:117 patients undergoing elective modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided two groups .The control group of patients were treated on traditional routine care .The observation group received the individualized and holistic nursing intervention model,included preoperative interactive support intervention , intraoperative comfortable nursing, postopera-tive psychological and pain intervention , family guidance after discharge .Effects of two groups were compared .Results:The de-gree of anxiety and pain of patients of observation group was lighter than patients of control group , and quality of life better than control group.Nursing qualification rate of observation group was 100%.Conclusion:Individualized and holistic nursing is a ef-fective nursing mode that simultaneously have individualized , holistic and creative features .It can gain great social and economic and worthy of clinical application .关键词
