摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate an anterior debridement, posterior pedicle fixation of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis treatment. Methods:In this study, 42 cases of patients with thoracolumbar combined within a period anterior debridement, bone anterior fixation ob-served after treatment.Results:Patients with wound healing time was 17.6 ±4.2d, postoperative follow-up preoperative Cobb angle was 41.3 ±6.4°, significantly better than the postoperative 12.3 ±3.2 °(p <0.05)..15.5 ±2.4 °kyphosis angle was an average loss of 2.1 ±0.3 °;ASIA damaged patients after treatment was significantly better than the pre-treatment ratings (p <0.05).Conclusion:an anterior debridement, posterior pedicle fixation of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis efficacy should be worthy of clinical application.关键词
