摘要
Abstract
Abatract Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of reconstruction for external nose defect .Methords:45 patients with external nose defect were treated with primary closure, free and local skin flap,after surgery clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:45 cases were well healed.All defects were repaired successfully.There was no tumor recurrence after 3months to 2 years follow-up .Conclusion:The means with local flap to repair the defect in external nose should be superiority .关键词
