Abstract
Purpose:To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler for benign and malignant thyroid nodules tumor.Methods:A-nalysis by surgery and pathology confirmed 120 cases of benign thyroid nodules and 65 cases of malignant thyroid nodules ultrasonography. Results:In the 185 nodules, benign nodules 120, of which 85 nodular goiter, thyroid adenoma 30, Hashimoto's disease 5.Thyroid cancer were 65, 59 papillary carcinoma, follicular carcinoma 6.In color flow distribution type comparison, benign nodules with type II and type IV, accounting for 51%and 35%, respectively;malignant nodules with type III, accounting for 42%.Conclusion:Color Doppler index can provide more aid to the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, differential diagnosis and follow-up observation has impor-tant diagnostic value.关键词
