摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing strategy and clinical effect in perioperative period of pediatric tracheal bronchus foreign matter.Methods:18 cases of pediatric tracheal bronchus foreign matter patients were under overall effective nursing preoperatively and postoperatively.Results:Of the 18 cases, 2 Bronchitis and pneumonia, 3 laryngeal edemas, and 2 expiratory dyspneas occurred, the over-all complication rates was 38.9%.With appropriate nursing, all patients were recovered well.Conclusions:Effective nursing strategy in perioperative period of pediatric tracheal bronchus foreign matter decreased the complication rates; promote the recovery, worth clinical promotion.关键词
