Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of PFNA and DHS internal fixation in treating old intertrochanteric fractures pa-tients. Methods:86 old intertrochanteric fractures patients were selected. Patients in treatment group were treated by PFNA internal fixa-tion and control group by DHS internal fixationin. The bleeding and rate of effectiveness were compared. Results:The average score of Harris was 82. 7 ± 6. 5 and amount of bleedingwas 150. 7 ± 31. 9 ml in treatment group, while they were65. 4 ± 5. 4and 279. 6 ± 45. 6 ml in control group. The cure rate was 93. 1% and 88. 4% of PFNA and DHS internal fixation. Conclusion:Both PFNA and DHS internal fixa-tion could cure old intertrochanteric fractures patients effectively. PFNA internal fixation wounds smaller, bleeding less and might be more suitable for popularizing.关键词
