Abstract
Objective:To comparative analyze of laparoscopic and open renal partial efficacy of resection. Methods:62 patients were divided according to different operation methods into two groups, respectively, laparoscopic partial nephrectomy and open partial nephrec-tomy in the treatment of. Observed two groups of patients the bleeding volume, operation time, hospitalization time. Results:The two groups in the amount of bleeding, hospitalization time, operation time is compared, the difference was statistically significant ( p<0. 05) , laparoscopic partial nephrectomy group wasbetter than the open partial nephrectomy group. Conclusion:Compared with open partial nephrectomy, laparoscopic partial nephrectomy hospitalization should have less bleeding, shorter operation time and less.关键词
