舌象及舌上皮脱落细胞与胃肠道肿瘤的关系∗
Tongue and tongue epithelial exfoliated cells in gastrointestinal neoplasms

Abstract
Objective:To explore the tongue and the tongue epithelial exfoliated cells differences between different types of tissue dif-ferentiation in gastrointestinal neoplasms. Methods:The clinical data, the tongue and the tongue coating epithelium exfoliated cells of 58 cases of patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms admitted in the first affiliated hospital of the Wannan Medical college from September 15, 2013 to March 15 were recruited. According to the pathological tissue classification, they were divided into well-differentiated group, differentiation group and low differentiation group. Twenty cases of normal tongue and the tongue epithelium exfoliated cells were recruited as the control group. The tongues were analyzed by the tongue diagnostic information acquisition system. The apoptosis ratio of the tongue epithelial exfoliated cells were detected by flow cytometry. Results:The thickness of tongue coating was increased gradually in the control group, well-differentiated group, differentiation group and low differentiation group and the apoptosis ratio of the tongue epithelial cells was dropped gradually in these groups. Conclusion:The thickness of tongue coating and the apoptosis ratio of the tongue epithelial exfolia-ted cells might be associated with the types of tissue differentiation in gastrointestinal neoplasms.关键词
