摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells on neurological recovery in patients with acute cerebral in-farction. Methods:Select the 16 stroke patients admitted to our hospital for the treatment group in 2012-01/2013-12, 16 cases of cere-bral infarction selected as the control group ,All patients were routinely given anti-platelet , intensive lipid-lowering,nutrition nerve and rehabilitation therapy. Infarction after the third day, the treatment group was transplanted umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells By artery intervention. Three month after functional independence score ( FIM) . Results:FIM score in the control group before and after treat-ment were significantly different , (P <0. 05), prompt treatment is effective in the control group . FIM score in the Treatment group be-fore and after treatment were significantly statistical difference (P <0. 01),prompt treatment was also effective in the Treatment group . But after treatment, the treatment and control groups FIM scores were statistically significant , (P <0. 05), prompt treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion:Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction might be sig-nificant clinical effect by early single transplanted,which could significantly promote the recovery of neurological function in patients.关键词
