摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of operation room nursing intervention and effect of radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods:Selected 80 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital from 2013 May to 2014 May were analyzed, and their clinical data, and to the order of admission were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 40 cases, patients in the observation group on the basis of routine care, patients on operation room nursing intervention, and the control group only the rou-tine nursing care, compared two treatment, including the condition of the patients with operation time, postoperative complications, hospi-tal stay and recovery of bowel function etc. Results:The observation group operation room nursing intervention, the disease was better than the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications, intestinal function recovery time, postoperative hospital stay were lower than or shorter than the control group, there was significant difference (P<0. 05),there is statistical significance, the operation time was slightly shorter than the control group, no significant difference meaning, no significant difference(P> 0. 05). Conclusion:Aiming at the operation room nursing intervention could significantly improve the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer, enhance patients living quality, might be worth the clinical promotion and application.关键词
