摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analysis the application effect of locking compression plate small incision in the treatment in elderly patients with fracture of humerus proximal .Methods:Choosing 88 patients treated in our hospital with proximal humeral fractures as the research object, randomly divided them into observation group and control group .Control group adopts the deltoid muscle into the road treatment , observation group was treated with locking compression plate small incision approach method .Compare two groups, treatment effect.Re-sults:The observation group ,operation time, blood loss, hospital stay index results and shoulder joint score are all better than the control group.But used in fracture healing time was no significant difference .Conclusion:Locking compression plate small incision in the treat-ment in elderly patients with fracture of humerus proximal application can effectively reduce operation for patients with soft tissue damage , promote the better and faster healing of fracture , the application effect is remarkabl .关键词
