摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of rotator cuff lesions without complete tears with sodium hyaluronate into the subacromial bursa .Methods:Review treating process of 46 cases of rotator cuff lesions without complete tears .Twenty -three patients ( hyaluronate group ) had gotten injections of 25 mg of sodium hyaluronate into the subacromial bursa for 5 consecutive weeks .Twenty-three patients ( control group ) had not receive injection , but they accept NSAIDs medication and rehabilitation .There are not significance difference in Constant score , and VAS score between the two groups .Analyze Constant score , and VAS score before treatment and after 5 week treatment between the two group .Re sult:23 patients with sodium hyaluronate into the subacromial bursa got significant improvement comparing the control group in Constant score difference value , and VAS score .Conclusions:Sodium hyaluronate are effective through in-jections into the subacromial bursa in treating rotator cuff lesions without complete tears .Sodium hyaluronate contribute to alleviate the symptoms of patients ,promote function and improves quality of life as early as possible .关键词
