Abstract
Obstract:To explore the clinical treatment of elderly acute craniocerebral trauma .Methods:Randomly selected data from February 2013 to February 2014 , 120 cases of elderly acute craniocerebral trauma patients treated in our hospital , 55 patients with surgi-cal treatment of them, for the rest of the 65 cases with conservative treatment.Results:120 patients recovered well in 120 (55.00%), 16 (13.33%) cases, mild disability, severe disability in 8 (6.67%) cases, plant survival 10 (8.33%) cases, 20 (16.67%) cases died. Conclusion:for patients with high age , surgery should be careful when , for the state of poor patients , should be conservative treatment .关键词
