Diagnosis and Treat ment Realization of Closed Abdominal Trauma

Abstract
Objective province 621715) :To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal trauma , in order to improve the diagnosisand treatment of abdominal surgeries at primary hospitals .Methods:Retrospectively analyzed 228 cases of closed abdominal traumapatients from 1993 to 2012.Result: Five cases of non -surgical cure (three cases of kidney rupture, two cases of splenic rupture),and 223 cases of surgical cure.212 cases were cured; the cure rate was 93%.16 deaths; the mortality rate was 7%.The death causeswere mostly related to severe multiple trauma , severe infections, sepsis, and multiple organ failure.Conclusion:The closed abdominaltraumatic conditions were complex and the patients 'conditions were critical.The keys to improving the cure rate and reducing mortality in -clude the early, accurate and comprehensive diagnosis, the early anti -shock and timely surgical treatment, the right choise of surgicalprocedure,the peritoneal wash and effective drainage , and the comprehensive postoperative treatment.关键词
