摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment principles of traumatic rupture of spleen .Mtehods:retrospec-tive analysis of clinical data from 2008 April to 2014 year in February my courtyard 43 cases with traumatic rupture of spleen .Results:In this group of 43 patients, including 21 cases of non operation treatment , operation treatment of 22 cases were cured.No patients died. Conclusion:Early diagnosis , accurate assessment of splenic rupture;treatment is reasonable to rescue critical patients of traumatic splenic rupture life.关键词
