Abstract
Objective:The application of captopril combined treatment in cardiovascular disease were studied .Methods:52 cases of hy-pertension patients were divided into control group and experimental group , all the 26 cases, the former gives the nifedipine , the latter joint gives the nifedipine and the captopril , curative effect of two groups of blood pressure , is analyzed and compared .Results:The total effective rate of the experiment , the control group and experimental group were 92.3%and 57.7%respectively, two group total effective rate have significant difference , compared with before treatment , at the same time in the two groups after treatment of diastolic and systolic blood pressure decreased significantly , and the antihypertensive effect of two groups after treatment was significant difference .Conclusion:The treatment of cardiovascular disease , applying enalapril with other drugs , is better than alone gives the effect of captopril .关键词
