Abstract
Objective:To understand azlocillin joint gentamycin treatment the curative effect of pseudomonas aeruginosa lung infection. Methods:to choose between December 2009 and December 2009 in sanmenxia in the prison hospital in henan province during the period of 72 cases of pseudomonas aeruginosa lung infection, randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group give azlocillin and gentamy-cin combined application of the control group given ceftriaxone sodium used alone, a course of 7 to 14 days.Results:Treatment group total effective rate was 91.7%, the bacteria clearance rate was 94.4%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.6%, there was no significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion:For normal liver and kidney lung infection of pseudomonas aeruginosa, azlocillin and gentamicin application can be used as one of the clinical treatment, and the cost was lower than those of ceftriaxone sodium and other new antibiotics, make broad patients are more likely to accept.关键词
