Abstract
Objective:To understand the drug resistance of Mycoplasma urealytium Hohhot area To provide reference for the clinical treatment of Methods:Select 100 cases of patients with voiding Mycoplasma positive as the monitoring object Methods to culture drug sen -sitivity to statistics .Results:Macrolide antibiotics sensitivity on average 30%, resistance is on the rise , quinolones resistance sensitivity has been presented , the average was 20 , the sensitivity to antibiotics of the tetracycline is stronger , the average is 91%.Conclusion:the clinical treatment of mycoplasma infection should abandon the quinolones , macrolides with caution , as far as possible the use of tetracy-cline antibiotics in treatment of infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum , slow drug resistant strains .关键词
