凝血四项的影响因素初探

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of different sample store time and centrifugal time to the examination of prothrombin time ( PT) ,activated partial thromboplastin time ( APTT) ,thrombin time ( TT) and fibrinogen ( Fib) .Methods:300 samples were divided into two groups(150 in each group).The level of PT,APTT,TT and Fib under different store time (0h,2h,4h,6h,8h,10h) and different cen-trifugal time(5min,10min,15min,20min) were detected.Results:There was no significances of PT and APTT in samples between 0h and 6h(P>0.05).And there was no significances of TT and Fib between 0h and 8h(P>0.05).The best centrifugal time for PT and APTT was 10 minutes.Conclusion:The tests of PT and APTT must be finished in 6 hours at room temperature .And this time of TT and Fib was 8 hours.The centrifugal time for PT and APTT was 10 minutes at least .关键词
