摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and nursing of alprostadil injection to elderly cardiovascular and cerebrovas -cular disease.Methods:118 patients were randomly divided into experiment group (63 cases) and control group(55 cases) evenly, who are between June 2013 and June 2014.The patients among the treatment group were injected with alprostadil of l 0 ug mixed with 10mlof physiological saline ,once every day ,14 days as one period of treatment .In addition to the control group without alprostadil injection , the other the same treatment and treatment groups .Results:Markedly effective 35 cases (55%), effective 25 cases (40%), 1 patient (1. 6%), the total efficiency (95%) in the treatment group.There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Alprostadil Injection dilation of blood vessels , improve microcirculation , inhibit platelet aggregation , and therefore elderly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease , more effective and less adverse reactions .关键词
