中医康复治疗脑卒中口面部功能障碍临床研究

Abstract
Objective:Investigate clinical efficacy of Chinese facilitation massage therapy for orofacial and masticatory dysfunction after stroke.Methods:80 patients were treated with single -blind-random grouping method, the treatment group and the control group were 40 cases, treatment for 20 days, use of traditional Chinese facilitation massage and acupuncture therapy, observed drinking water test and clinical efficacy after treatment.Results:After statistical analysis x2 =6.67,P <0.01.There was significant difference between two groups, the treatment group were excellent. Total efficiency of the treatment group is 65.00%,the control group is 25.00%.Conclusion:Chinese “facilitation” massage can effectively improve the orofacial dysfunction after stroke, improve masticatory dysfunction. Which is a safe and effective method, A significant effect on the clinical.关键词
