对于90例腹腔镜下附件包块手术临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze curative effect of laparoscopic surgical treatment of accessory bag piece. Methods:collected from A-pril 2011 - April 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 90 patients with accessory bag piece as the research object, all patients with laparoscopic surgery, and to observe the treatment effect. Results:the results showed that this group of 90 patients were successfully com-pleted surgery, surgery did not appear in the process of 1 case of serious complications, but the operation time and bag piece diameter were positively correlated relationship (P < 0. 05), intraoperative blood loss and bag piece diameter had no obvious relation and the presence of laparoscopic surgery (P > 0. 05). Conclusion:laparoscopic surgery treatment of accessory bag piece has good clinical curative effect, might be the first selection of accessory bag piece make a diagnosis and give treatment, should be worth popularization in clinical applica-tion.关键词
