急诊PCI治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of emergency PCI treatment in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods:from 2011 June to 2013 February analysis in patients with acute ST in our hospital treated with PCI segment elevation myocardial infarction review. Results:49 cases of grade TIMI3, 45 cases of ST segment resolution, ejection fraction more than 50%28 pa-tients, the incidence of heart failure in 6 cases, 4 cases of arrhythmia, 3 cases of death. Conclusion:PCI could effectively, improving the safety of patients with myocardial ischemia state, to save the lives of patients.关键词
