Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Pegaspargase on the early onset of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children. Meth-ods:60 cases of children with ALL were divided into control group (30 cases) using VDLP (vincristine+daunorubicin+L-asparaginase+ metacortandracin) and treatment group (30 cases) using VDPAP (vincristine+daunorubicin+ Pegaspargase+metacortandracin), the clinical effects were compared in two groups. Results:The complete remission rate, progress free survival and overall survival in treatment group were had no significantly difference to in control group (93. 3% vs. 90. 0%, 76. 7% vs. 73. 3%, 86. 7% vs. 83. 3%, P>0. 05). Conclusion:There should be a significant effect of Pegaspargase on the early onset of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children which might be similar to L-asparaginase.关键词
