Abstract
Objective:To study the elderly uremia hemodialysis nursing measures and effects. Methods:selected in October 2011 to October 2011 of our hospital 106 cases of elderly patients with uremia as the research object, clinical positive hemodialysis nursing, dialy-sis before and after dialysis in dialysis to give positive clinical care. Results:106 patients were given hemodialysis nursing, 18 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, pulmonary infection, heart failure and myocardial infarction, complications such as death, mortality was 17. 0%. Conclusion:clinical complications in elderly patients with uremia hemodialysis, could serious impact on clinical treatment and prognosis of patients with hemodialysis to give positive in the process of clinical nursing, close observation in the process of dialysis patients with clini-cal symptoms, complications and timely processing, thus improving the quality of elderly patients with hemodialysis, prolong life, clinical significance.关键词
