摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the free inguinal hernia recurrence after operation and the countermeasures of tension repair. Methods:Analyse the reasons of 42 cases of inguinal hernia under tension free repair of recurrent cases after operation from 2010 January to2014 April in our hospital.R esults:Mesh with curly,shrinkage that failed to completely cover the hernia phenomenon , and even mesh-placement errors or fixed is not in place, are choosing to operation treatment.C onclusions:The anatomy of the inguinal not familiar and skilled operation, choose the right materials and accurate placement, will help to reduce the tension free repair of inguinal hernia recur-rence rate.关键词
