长期住院精神分裂症患者伴自杀意念的临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore clinical features and relevant factors of suicidal ideation among long-term schizophrenic inpatients. Methods:93 inpatients were divided into the suicidal ideation (n=32) and non-suicidal ideation group(n=61) on the basis of the presence/absence of suicidal ideation.and their main Socio-demographic and clinical characteristics were analyzed and compared.Statis-tically significant correlations were included in the logistic regression analysis to assess risk factors of suicidal ideation.Results:disposa-ble monthly income,medical comorbidity,and scores of 17 items Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD-17),the schizophrenia quality of life scale( SQLS) and family APGAR Index( APGAR) of schizophrenic with suicidal ideation were significantly higher than those of schizophrenic without suicidal ideation (P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis indicated that HAMD-17 score(OR=0.897,P=0.005), SQLS score(OR=0.949,P=0.030) and APGAR score(OR=1.411,P=0.001) were significantly associated with suicidal ideation.Conclusion depression and quality of life and family function are relevant factors of suicidal ideation among long-term schizo-phrenic inpatients.关键词
