心理干预对农村留守老人心理健康的影响
The Effects of Psychological Intervention on the Mental Health of Old People Left Behind in the Countryside

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive psychological guidance to the improvement of mental health of old people left behind in the countryside.Methods:Using symptom Checklist-90 (ScL 90) and the self-made questionnaire to make the investi-gation of status of mental health of old people left behind in the Henan Province countryside, and then Screening of 198 people who have psychological problems of varying severity as the survey object, among them ,there are 93 person were randomly selected as the experimen-tal group, the other 105 as control group.The researcher made comprehensive psychological measures applied psychological intervention experiment in the experimental group, and then compared the scores change of the experimental group with the scores change of the control group after six month later as well as the experimental group 9 months of repeated measurements of Scl-90, observe the change of the total score and each factor score.Results:the lateral control study, the total score of Scl-90 of the experimental group have bigger improve-ment than the control group's, the improvement has significant differences.(P<0.01)).The scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitiv-ity, depression, anxiety, hostility, forcing the 6 factor scores were lower than the control group, There were significant difference between the scores.(P<0.01);Longitudinal studies of controlled group:9 months after the experimental group Scl-90 score has significant difference than the scores before the experiment( P<0.01). Somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, forc-ing the 6 factors have improved.There were significant difference between the scores.(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is necessary to pay at-tention to the rural left behind elderly mental health problems and take the initiative measure to implement comprehensive psychological guidance , There was significant difference before and after psychological intervention.关键词
