多模式镇痛在全髋关节置换术围手术期的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of perioperative multimodal analgesia in total hip arthroplasty. Methods:one hundred and twenty patients receiving total hip arthroplasty(THA). were randomly divided into three groups. Group A patients (n=30) received periop-erative multimodal analgesia but did not receive postoperative patient controlled analgesia (PCIA);Group B patients (n=30) received pre-operative multimodal analgesia and received postoperative PCIA;Group C patients (n=30) only received postoperative PCIA. The consump-tion of analgesic was measured at different time-points during postoperative period,Postoperative visual analog scores ( VAS) for pain , the satisfaction and the side effects. The functional rehabilitation were recorded at different time-points after postoperative period. Results:. The VAS scores for pain , the satisfaction and the functional rehabilitation were similarly between Group A and Group B, but significantly higher than Group C. . The consumption of morphine in Group A is significantly lower than Group B and Group C. . The side effects such as nausea, vomit and urine retention in Group A were lower than Group B and Group C. Conclusion: Perioperative Multimodal Analgesia in hip fracture could effectively relieve postoperative pain,it might be positive for the functional recovery of the patients.关键词
