Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of recuperatory therapy in the early stage of hemiplegy due to cerebral apoplexy . Methods:Routine treatment plus interventional recuperatory therapy was applied in the early stage, under the guidance of facil-itation technique of modern rehabilitation medicine ,with combination of the methods such as Bobath 、Brunnstrom and PNF ,et al in the treating group( recuperating group) . Routine treatment plus electric acupuncture was applied in the control group, with 61 cases in both of the two groups . Results:Marks of all the items were improved to a certain level in the control group after the routine treatment ,while they were distinctly higher than those in the control group ,the two groups had significant difference (P <0. 01=). Conclusion:Treating patients suffering from hemiplegy due to cerebral apoplexy with interventional recuperatory therapy in the early stage should have distin-guished significance in clinics for it could help to the recovery of motor function and better their viability.关键词
