Experience in treatment of common complications prevention and nursing of esophageal stent

Abstract
Objective:To explore the prevention and treatment of common complications of esophageal stent in the treatment and nurs-ing method. Methods:Retrospective analysis in our hospital in 2008 January -2014 year in August to carry out the advanced esophageal stent in the treatment of cancer of the esophagus, esophageal stricture, achalasia were 73 cases of postoperative complications prevention and nursing data. Results:esophageal stent in the treatment of common complications of chest and upper abdominal pain, postoperative bleeding, reflux esophagitis, stent migration, difficulty in breathing, arrhythmia, esophageal perforation and restenosis after care, positive prevention, carefully can ease. Conclusion:esophageal stenting could maximize the relief of dysphagia, maintain the normal intake of nu-trition, improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
