国人“住院医生脊”的解剖学特点对关节镜下ACL功能重建影响的相关研究

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study was to better delineate the anatomy of"resident's ridge".The presence and descriptive characteristics of“resident's ridge” were analyzed.The study will help confirm accurate tunnel placement when performing anterior cruci-ate ligament reconstruction under the arthroscopic.Methods:We studied the morphology of the “resident`s ridge” in 18 human femora from cadaver mature donors and 165 human femora from skeletally mature donors, none of the intercondylar notch was broken.All speci-mens were analyzed for the presence and descriptive characteristics of“resident's ridge”.The distances from the posterolateral rim of the intercondylar notch to the “resident `s ridge” was measured at the one, two and three o'clock positions for left knees and at the nine, ten, and eleven o'clock positions for right knees.The distances from the anterolateral rim of the intercondylar notch to the posterolateral rim was measured at the one o'clock positions for left knees and at the eleven o'clock positions for right knees.Results:The“resident`s ridge” was present in 150 of 183 specimens.The mean distance from the posterolateral rim of the intercondylar notch to the lateral intercondylar ridge was 10.20 ±2.09 mm、11.21 ±2.19 mm、11.22 ±2.32 mm at the one, two and three o'clock positions for left knees and at the nine, ten, and eleven o'clock positions for right knees, respectively.Conclusion:The existence rate of“resident`s ridge” is 81.97%in Chinese, it lies on the posterolateral wall of the intercondylar notch and 3/5 from the front to the back at the one o'clock positions for left knees and at the eleven o'clock positions for right knees.The result means that doctors must pay specific attention to the “resident`s ridge” when per-forming anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.The true posterolateral rim of the intercondylar notch must be finded, and make sure place the femoral tunnel in the proper location.关键词
