Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine combined with metformin of patients with non-alco-holic fatty live ( NAFLD) .Methods:The total 80 patients with NAFLD were enrolled divided into the treatment group and control group randomly .10 cases of healthy persons was taken as control group at the same period.Patients in polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine group re-ceived polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine 456mg tid po combined with metformin 0.t tid po and the patients in control group were treated with polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine456mg tid po only.The treatment duration was 3 months.FPG, Fins,CT scan and other serum biochemical test were tested before and after the treatment .Rseults:The levels of BMI,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR ,GGT,AST,ALT,TBiL,TC and TG patients of treatment group were lower than that of patients in control group after therapy and the CT ratio of liver to spleen was higher than that of control grup (P<0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of polyene phosphatidyl cho1ine combined with metformin for patients with NAFLD could improve their liver function and insulin resistance and is helpful to the recovery of the patients.关键词
