摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the distribution of respiratory tract infection pathogens and drug resistance change, provide the basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods:Collected in our hospital in July 2011 -June 2014 clinical respiratory tract infection with respir-atory specimens 3920 cases, its for bacterial culture, identification and susceptibility testing.Results: Gram-negative bacteria ( G-bacteria) total 242, accounting for 53.78%;G +bacteria 122, accounting for 27.11%;fungi 86, accounting for 19.11%.G-imi-penem susceptibility of bacteria than other commonly used antibacterial drugs, G +bacteria vancomycin susceptibility is highest.Conclu-sion:The analysis of the distribution of respiratory tract infection pathogens and drug resistance changes of great significance for the devel-opment of antimicrobial drug use policies and the prevention and control of diseases.关键词
