Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with trabeculectomy and retinal photocoagulation for the treatment of neovascular glaucoma ( NVG) .Methods:14 cases (14 eyes) of NVG were managed with intravitreal Conbercept combined with trabeculectomy (5-7 days after injection),and then treated the primary disease by retinal photocoagulation. Results:Follow-up 3~6 months,iris neovascularization was disappeared in all the cases,and the average intraocular pressures ( IOP) were 20.29 ±3.69mmHg, which had significant difference compared with preoperative IOP(57.71 ±7.17 mmHg)(P<0.05).No serious complications occurred in the process of treatment,and the safety was satisfactory.Conclusion:Intravitreal injection of Conbercept com-bined with trabeculectomy and retinal photocoagulation is safe and effective for the treatment of NVG.关键词
