Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of methylprednisolone of intratympanic injection in the treatment of SD .Meth-ods:179 cases were collected from 2011 June to 2013 year in December in our hospital for treatment of SD patients as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 87 cases in the control group received routine treatment, the ob-servation group of 92 cases treated with methylprednisolone intratympanic injection therapy, and 2 weeks after treatment, the clinical effects of 2 groups the analyzed and compared.Results:the observation group:PTA before treatment (81.76 ±16.34) dB, HL, PTA after treatment (51.25 ±13.98) dB HL, the total efficiency of 77.17%;control group:PTA before treatment (79.64 ±15.67) dB, HL, PTA after treatment (59.38 ±13.45) dB HL, the total effective rate was 58.62%.The two groups before and after treatment be-tween two groups after treatment with PTA, compared with PTA, the efficacy of the two groups were compared with P <0.05, there was significant difference.Conclusion:the clinical effect of methylprednisolone of intratympanic injection of SD treatment was better than oth-er routine comprehensive treatment, which is well worthy popularizing.关键词
