Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Rho kinase inhibitor in brain of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion injury in.Methods:Ischemia group and treatment group was treated with bilateral common carotid artery ligation, after the treatment group plus usage effect, the control group did not implement the bilateral carotid surgery and total artery ligation fasudil administered.To accurately detect the three groups of rats brain white matter fiber density and Rho kinase mRNA levels, given statistical analysis and draw a conclusion.Re-sults:The three groups of rats after the treatment, the control group of cerebral white matter fiber density highest, lowest second treatment group, ischemia group, treatment group Rho kinase mRNA the lowest, followed by treatment group, ischemia group was the highest, com-pared the results with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rho kinase may have a positive effect on the leukoaraiosis, using Rho kinase inhibitors can significantly reduce the cerebral white matter fiber density, improve cerebral white matter loose state, eventually obtain satisfactory effect in the treatment of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion injury.关键词
