Abstract
Objective:To explore Clinical effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with bisoprolol in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrilla-tion.Methods:From 2011 December to 2014 March in our hospital for the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in 88 cases were divided into control group of 44 cases and observation group 44 cases, control group with conventional treatment plus bisoprolol, the patients in ob-servation group on the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment with Wenxin granule bisoprolol combined scheme, compared and observe the clinical curative effect between two groups.Results:44 patients in the control group the total efficiency was 72.73%, the observation group of 44 cases the total efficiency of 90.91%, to observe the clinical curative effect was obviously superior to the patients in control group, P <0.05, there was significant difference had statistics significance.Conclusion:the curative effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with bisoprolol on regimen in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, should be worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
