Abstract
Objective:To investigate and observe the curative effect of combined immunosuppressive ( CIS) therapy on treating chil-dren with refractory aplastic anemia ( RAA) .Methods:56 cases with RAA were randomly selected, then divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment process of two groups were recorded and compared.Finally, the efficacy was observed.Results: After the treatment, it was markedly indicated that in treatment group, patients with excellent effectiveness were 16 cases ( amounting to 57.1%) in total, those with effectiveness were 11 cases (amounting 39.3%), and those with ineffectiveness were 1 case (amounting to 3.5%), thus the total effective patients were 27 cases ( amounting to 96.4%);while in control group, patients with excellent effectiveness were 9 cases ( amounting to 32.1%) in total, those with effectiveness was 14 case (amounting 50%), and those with ineffectiveness was 5 case (amounting to 17.9%), thus the total effective patients were 23 cases (amounting to 82.1%).Therefore, it was significantly found that the curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group.Conclusion:Combined immunosuppressive therapy could play a significant efficacy in treating children with refractory aplastic anemia.Moreover, it might be able to protect children by reducing the in-fection probability and avoiding relapse, which should be worth great attention and wide use in clinic.关键词
